Hi, Mackenzie, and thanks for stopping by planDisney! Your magical getaway to the
Happiest Place on Earth is just a few weeks away… so let’s get started!
I’m glad to hear you’re planning ahead already – it’s always a good idea to review
the latest policies and updates before your park visit. Currently, Guests aren’t required to show proof of vaccination to enter any dining locations at the Disneyland Resort. However, the State of California strongly recommends that all Guests are fully vaccinated or that they receive a negative COVID-19 test prior to entering the Disneyland Resort. In addition, face coverings are required for all Guests ages 2 and up while indoors, including on some attractions and inside enclosed transportation vehicles, regardless of vaccination status. Lastly, face coverings are optional for all Guests in outdoor common areas. Of course, these details are subject to change at any time, so I recommend
checking this page again right before your visit.
It sounds like you have a
Character Dining experience planned, too! Minnie & Friends – Breakfast in the Park at the
Plaza Inn is my favorite Character Dining opportunity! These dining events are such a magical way to experience your favorite Disney Characters in a relaxed setting. Just keep in mind that Character Dining has been modified, so Guests will have a chance to see familiar Characters from a distance, but won’t have the chance to get autographs or give hugs just yet. Also, if you don't already have one, I highly recommend searching for a dining reservation for your special breakfast. Same-day reservations can also be made on a limited basis, but are subject to availability.
I hope this information helps, Mackenzie! Please stop back with any additional questions you may have… I’m all EARs!
