Do you have to show your Key to the World each time you enter a theme park if it's not the Extra Magic Hours?

    Hi Christine!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Moms Panel.

If your admission ticket / information is included on your Key to the World card then you will need it at the theme parks.  However, if you have a separate Magic Your Way ticket, then you do not have to show your Key to the World card at a theme park except for Extra Magic Hours.  When a theme park is offering Extra Magic Hours, a Key to the World card shows that you are staying on Walt Disney World property.

When my family travels, we generally have separate tickets.  Thus each member of the family has their own Key to the World card and their own Magic Your Way ticket.  Sometimes that's convenient and sometimes it's not to be honest!

Enjoy planning and write back if you have any more questions!
