Do I have to show my Identity to go to Disney parks

    Hello Babita!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I hope this is the first of many questions you will be sending our way!

Guests usually have questions regarding what type of identification is required to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. I personally recommend that you carry an official government issued photo ID at all times, because you never know when you will be required to present it.

If you are checking in at your Disney Resort hotel Front Desk or retrieving tickets at Guest Relations or Will Call ticket windows, photo identification will be requested. In addition, when you purchase alcoholic beverages you will also have to show proof that you are 21-years-old or older. While you may not be required to show identification as you enter the theme parks, I believe that you should carry it with you just in case.

I hope this helps you while planning, Babita! Please stop by real soon so that we may continue to assist you plan a magical visit to the place “Where Dreams Come True”.

    Best magical wishes,
