I want to show friends the monorail resorts the day before we checkin to Pop Century. Will they let us park at one of the resorts for a couple hours to look around? I’m hoping to save $20 from parking at the TTC. Thank you so much! (We do not have an ADR)

    Welcome BACK, Margy!

How exciting that you'll get the chance to play tour guide at The Most Magical Place on Earth during the Most Wonderful Time of the Year!

I absolutely love this plan. These resorts are beautiful and meticulously themed that I try to do the same myself when I have non-park time. I particularly love that each has its own signature scent, and it doesn't hurt that Disney's Polynesian Village Resort has its own Dole Whip stand. And during the holidays these resorts become even more must-see destinations thanks to these larger-than-life gingerbread displays!

All guests are welcome to visit any Disney Resort Hotel. However, there is always a chance that the resort parking lot will be at capacity, especially during the more popular times of the year. So while you're welcome to drive to either of the three monorail resorts, without a guest room or dining reservation you might be denied entry to park. But! That doesn't mean there aren't still ways to get there.

Your best bet would be to park at Disney Springs, which has plenty of spots, and take a Disney Resort Bus to Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, or Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. You can even catch a Disney Bus from Magic Kingdom Park to Disney's Beach Club Resort to see the all-edible and life-size carousel!

We'll See You Real Soon, Margy!
