Is there a shorter walking distance to access the France Pavilion than through the main entrance. We are will be staying at French Quarter and would like to have breakfast at Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie, but walking that far will be an issue.

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Scott!

Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by and are honored to help you plan your upcoming trip to Disney World! Get ready for an amazing adventure because there is nothing quite like planning a MAGICAL morning in EPCOT, especially when it involves fresh pastries waiting for you in the France Pavilion. You are going to have such a fantastic time exploring, tasting, and enjoying every moment.

Here’s a super easy and much shorter plan to walk and get to the France Pavilion from Port Orleans – French Quarter. Instead of taking the EPCOT bus, hop on the bus from your resort to Hollywood Studios. Once you arrive, head straight to the Disney Skyliner, which will glide you through the sky and drop you right at EPCOT’s International Gateway entrance. (Please NOTE: If the Skyliner is closed for refurbishment, you can also take a FriendShip boat.) From there, it’s only a short, gentle walk to the France Pavilion and directly to Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie, making this the easiest and most walking-friendly route to your delicious breakfast.

I also have to say you are going to LOVE staying at Port Orleans – French Quarter! With its vibrant New Orleans theming, peaceful cobblestone paths, and the relaxing Sassagoula River running beside it, the whole atmosphere feels like a quiet little escape. You will also love the small size of the resort because everything is just a short stroll away, from the lobby to the pool to the bus stop. And of course, grabbing warm beignets at Scat Cat's Club - Cafe before a day at the parks makes any Disney morning even sweeter.

Be sure to check out the Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date information regarding all things Disney. Mickey and his pals have some incredible surprises planned, and we don't want you to miss any of the fun!

If you have other questions, don't hesitate to ask. We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!

    Wes
