We were going on a short trip that was cancelled when Disney closed. We had linked some old hopper tickets. We are now coming on a longer trip and want to switch the tickets linked to our names and use our newer tickets. How can we remove or prioritize

    Welcome to planDisney, Brad!

Prioritizing your tickets is easy! All you need to do is call an Existing Tickets Cast Member and let them know which tickets you would like to use during your visit. You can also request this at the front desk of your Walt Disney World Resort hotel. Just be sure you do this before you visit any Theme Park and redeem a ticket.

Before your arrival, be sure to check out the Know Before you Go page to learn about the current changes in place to help keep Guests safe during these unprecedented times.

    Have a magical day, Brad!

Meet the Panelist: Rachel, Wisconsin

Hi, I’m Rachel! I am a “boy mom” to two rowdy little men at home and married to my high school sweetheart. I am fortunate enough that my prince charming loves all things Disney just as much as I do! For me, planning a trip to Walt Disney World can be just as magical as being there. It brings our family together as we dream, plan, and count down the days. I would be honored to help plan your visit and share in your family’s very own magic! Learn More About Rachel
