I didn’t think anything could make a perfect Disney cruise even more perfect. Then I stood (sailed) corrected when I booked a Concierge sailing. It took my already favorite vacation and made it absolutely superb! Disney service is always top-notch, regardless of the
stateroom category booked, but Concierge takes it to the ultimate level of dedication that only Disney can make even more perfect!
I found that booking a Concierge-level stateroom took a lot of the vacation stress off. I could arrive at my Disney cruise feeling more relaxed, because everything was taken care of for me. This dedicated planning happened even before I sailed, as you guessed, with the Concierge Services Team.

Please note that only guests who have booked a Concierge stateroom
and paid their stateroom deposit may contact the Concierge Services Team. You may contact them either by email or by phone. I have done both, but found that email allowed for more thorough communication, as I could refer back to our messages. They also emailed me a few times asking about our specific preferences, requests, etc. Any time I wanted to check on the availability of an activity, I emailed them and made the request. They would email me back fairly quickly, letting me know if our requests were available and what our Daily Plans looked like as a result.
One really awesome feature of sailing as a Concierge Guest is that activities may be booked 130 days in advance. This is part of that "relaxation" I mentioned earlier, as having the earliest
booking window allows for the best outcome for requested dates and times for activities on board. Please note that all offerings are subject to change, but I’m sharing my experience so that you have an idea of what you might expect.
