Are shops and food services available during Disney Magic hours? If so what are they?

Hi, Lorissa! So long as there are guests in the park, there will always be a place for them to buy food or souvenirs. Not every dining place or shop stays open, but a good deal of them do. AllEars.net and wdwinfo.com have good listings of places that stay open. I always enjoy shopping near the end of evening Extra Magic Hours. The shops are much less crowded at the end of the day.
