    Hi there, Is there a shop in Epcot where you can purchase mouse ears and have them embroidered? We'll be there on our first day and want to get my kids ears right away. Also, how long does personalization usually take? Minutes, hours? Thanks!!

    Congratulations on your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!

    That's so cute that you want your kids to get their Mouse Ears right away!
    You'll be pleased to know that this can be done quite easily in one stop, just a short walk inside the gates of Epcot.

    Head to the left side of Spaceship Earth (the iconic symbol of Epcot) and directly behind to Mouse Gear. You can't miss this HUGE shop - with the big 'gears' on its sign above the automatic doors. This will be your best location to purchase from a great selection of Mouse Ear hats AND have them embroidered on site.

    Timing will depend on just how early you arrive and whether or not there's any orders being processed ahead of yours! It could be as little as a 10-15 minute wait while you browse around the store ... or possibly 30-60 minutes if some other personalization jobs are ahead of you. If you're told there will be a short wait, simply head back out to Spaceship Earth and enjoy riding it with the whole family. Then, pop back in to Mouse Gear, pick up your kids' new, personalized hats - and head out to enjoy the rest of your Disney Day!
