Hi there, Crystal!
Welcome to planDisney! Can you believe that you are less than one month away from celebrating the most wonderful time of the year in The Most Magical Place on Earth? Whether you're in Disney Springs, a Disney Resort hotel, or one of the four Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, you're sure to be immersed in a (central Florida) winter wonderland.
Like you, Crystal, I'm fond of shopping (and dining) at
Disney Springs. It's such a great mixture of storefronts selling Dinsey-themed items and higher-end goods from outside of the magical Walt Disney World Resort bubble. Did you know that during the holiday season it's also home to
Santa's Marketplace and the Christmas Tree Stroll? I encourage you to check out both during your visit.
Once you've checked all of the items off of your list of Disney Springs must-dos, you're more than welcome to catch a
bus to a Disney Resort hotel. Personally, I suggest taking a bus to one of the hotels on the Resort Monorail Loop or near Disney's BoardWalk so that you can see some of Walt Disney World's incredibly-themed
trees and
gingerbread displays before heading to a theme park.
Because I know all too well how quickly those magical minutes pass when you're in a Walt Disney World Resort theme park, it's important to keep in mind that Disney Springs
parking garages open and close based on the Disney Springs
daily operating hours, so you'll need to make sure that you allow enough time to make it back to your car before it closes. With this in mind, you might find it more beneficial to drive directly to one of Walt Disney World's theme parks if you are hoping to maximize your time there.
I hope this information is helpful, Crystal, and that your upcoming visit is filled with magical memories. If you're in need of further assistance as you finalize your plans, feel free to
stop back by. I'm always happy to help!
Thinking Happy Thoughts,
Lizzie
