The photography policy in the
Walt Disney World Property Rules states “Photography, videotaping or recording of any kind, or otherwise engaging in any activity, for unapproved commercial purposes" is prohibited. Based upon what you are describing, filming a short personal video for your engagement that will not be used for commercial purposes is allowable.
Since this is such a special time in your life, I would love to suggest a
Capture Your Moment photo session in one of the theme parks or a
Signature Portrait Session: Resorts at the Grand Floridian. I have seen photos from sessions my friends have scheduled, and they turn out absolutely amazing. It's on my bucket list to schedule a session the next time I have a special occasion to celebrate. Both photo sessions would be the perfect way to capture this wonderful chapter in your life and have photos you and your fiancé will treasure forever!
