    Shipping Questions. Hello Mom's Panel! This is my first solo trip to Disney, and i am going in December. Does the value resorts offer the package pickup at the gift shop like the moderate and deluxe hotels do? And can we ship packages home from there?

    Hi Shawna,
    Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel. Yes, at all Disney's Resorts you can shop items at the parks and ask to be delivered to the gift store at your own Disney Resort. The store is  located at the main building where is the main lobby too. Disney's resorts accepts packages. They ask us to be sure about using the correct nomenclature of the resort's name and the complete address. Also, you should use the word “Guest” next to your name. The name should appear, preferably, in the same way that shows on your resort confirmation info. That way will be easier to find and storage your package for you. Disney's Resorts can charge you a fee per day/per package. Last time I was there in May was something around three dollars. But, to be sure about the price I recommend you to call directly to the resort and verify that info.
