I’m sorry to hEAR that you are having difficulty locating your item using your tracking number. Typically, items
shipped from Walt Disney World Resort are sent via either United States Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size. However, since you mentioned you could not pull up tracking information on any of the shipping providers, I figured it was best to inquire further. I spoke to a Cast Member who recommended reaching out to Merchandise Guest Services for help locating your item. The Cast Members at Merchandise Guest Services are outstanding, and I’m sure they will be able to either find your item or point you in the right direction. You can reach out to them either via phone at 1-877-560-6477 or by email at
Merchandise.guestservices@disneyparks.com. If you choose to reach out over the phone, they are available Monday through Friday from 9 AM-5 PM EST.
