Hiya Jennifer!
I'm so excited that you are planning a Disney Cruise! I also know that finding the right sort of pixie dust to get from one magical destination to the next is very important. Grab a magic carpet and let's get moving!
Disney Cruise Line voyagers are welcome to add on
Ground Transportation between a port and the airport or hotel. Since you mentioned Walt Disney World Resort I'm guessing you're planning to sail from Port Canaveral in Florida! To add a ground transfer to an existing cruise you can
call a Disney Cruise Line Cast Member for help. They will get you all set up!
I love a
"land and sea" Disney adventure! Whether you start your journey on land at the Walt Disney World Resort and then venture out to sea, or you chase the horizon before enjoying the theme parks, you really can't go wrong. If you choose to cruise first then you may want to use the express walk-off option on debarkation day to get to the Walt Disney World Resort as quickly as you can! You'll be able to get instructions onboard if you'd like to debark as soon as the ship has cleared customs. Just ask Guest Services if you have any questions!
I like to keep up with the
latest Disney Cruise Line news on the Disney Parks Blog. Right now I'm very excited for the first guests to arrive at
Disney Lookout Cay in just a few weeks! This beautiful new destination will bring all kinds of new opportunities to explore and celebrate Bahamian culture. Perhaps this gorgeous island is on the itinerary you chose? I hope so!
Wherever you chart your course, I hope you have a truly magical journey, Jennifer! Don't forget to download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App to enjoy an adorable countdown to your vacation!
Keep moving forward!
Amanda
