Hi Kelly!
If you are travelling with a toddler or young child, I completely understand your desire to ship your stroller to your
Walt Disney World Resort hotel. The more hands and less luggage you have to work about the better...I get it! Fortunately, mail and package delivery services is just one of many great perks available to you as a Walt Disney World Resort hotel guest. Therefore, you can definitely ship a stroller to your hotel in advance of your stay.
If your Resort hotel has on-site convention facilities, any packages shipped via courier (such as FedEx or UPS) should automatically be delivered to the Business Center located within your Resort’s Convention Center. These packages are subject to a small
Business Center package handling fee upon delivery. In most cases letters or packages being shipped via regular mail (United States Postal Service) will be available for pick up at the Front Desk upon check in or delivered to your room by Bell Services.
All packages delivered to Disney Resort hotels without on-site convention facilities will be available for pick up at the Front Desk or delivered to your room by Bell Services. Disney’s current policy is to charge a small
package handling fee for all packages delivered to the front desk of any Resort hotel.
Be sure to address your package to the lead Guest on your reservation and ensure the word "Guest" and your check in date is included on the package so Disney will be able to link the package to your reservation. You should aim for the package to be delivered 1-3 business days before check-in.
Wishing you a Magical upcoming Disney vacation with your little one!
Trish
