If I ship something in advance to Wilderness Lodge a). where should I ship, to who's attention and b) can I ship a surprise that I'd like placed in the room prior to our arrival so when we arrive kids have a surprise??

    Hi Scott!

I love this idea!  With all of the baggage fees being charged by airlines these days, it can be a huge money saver to ship some of your items to your resort ahead of time.  However, the only way to have a gift or surprise actually placed in your room is to call the folks at the Disney Florist or visit them at www.disneyflorist.com.  If you call them, you can even order things that aren't on the website - tons of great choices!

Or, if you would rather just have a box of your own goodies delivered to the front desk, just address the package to the address below.  Just be sure to use a shipping company, such as UPS or Fed Ex, as the Post Office doesn't recognize Disney streets.  You can always pick up the box from the front desk and run back to the room to hide the surprise while someone stays with the kiddos in the lobby.  Trust me - they won't be bored while you are gone!  Here is the address:
