Hi Neil,
Being a
Walt Disney World Resort hotel guest comes with a great number of perks and benefits, and mail and package delivery services during your stay is just one of them. As a result, Neil, it is definitely possible to ship packages to your Disney Resort hotel prior to your stay.
If your Walt Disney World Resort hotel has on-site convention facilities, any packages shipped via courier, such as FedEx or UPS should automatically be delivered to the Business Center located at your Resort’s Convention Center. These packages are subject to a small
Business Center package handling fee upon delivery. In most cases letters or packages being shipped via regular mail (United States Postal Service) will be available for pick up at the Front Desk upon check in or delivered to your room by Bell Services.
All packages delivered to Disney Resort hotels without on-site convention facilities will be available for pick up at the Front Desk or delivered to your room by Bell Services. Please note that Disney’s current policy is to charge a
small package handling fee for all packages delivered to the front desk of any Resort hotel.
Be sure to address your package to the lead Guest on your reservation. You will also want to ensure that the word "Guest" and your check in date is included on the package so Disney will be able to link the package to your reservation. Try to aim for the package to arrive 1-3 business days before your check-in date.
Neil, I hope this information is helpful. Should you have any other questions as you continue planning your trip, please send them our way. We would love to hEAR from you!
ChEARs!
Trish
