I would like to ship a package of snacks and drinks to my resort to arrive when we arrive instead of carrying it in our luggage. Is this allowed? Someone suggested doing this, it seems like a good idea.

    Hi Kim,

You can definitely ship to your resort.  When I lived in New Jersey I would pack all of the non perishables in a box and ship it to the resort where I was staying.  It was very convenient, and it saved me a lot of cash.

You also have another option if shipping is to pricey.  Visit greengrocer.com.  You can pre-order what you'll need and they will deliver it to your room.

If you are planning to ship remember that when addressing the package make sure the information goes in the following order:

    1.    Resort Name
    2.    Your Name
    3.    Check In date
    4.    Resort Address

Also, no breakables (no matter how well you pack them).  I hope this helps!  Have a great time on your vacation!!!
