    Can I ship a package directly from Amazon to Disney World Resort?

    Hi, Melissa!

    You are able to ship a package to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel. Please allow enough time to have the package shipped and sorted. Label clearly:

    Hotel Name
    ATTN:  GUEST NAME - Arrival Date
    Hotel Address
    Hotel City State Zip

    Please know that there is a $5 handling fee charged per package for boxes received at the front desk. Factor in this charge when planning out your budget.

    Upon check-in, let the Cast Member know you are receiving a package, and you will get instruction about retrieving your box. I like to have a tracking number for any delivery so I can see when and where my items were delivered.

    If you need assistance shipping anything home, chat with your Lobby Concierge who can guide you to a business center or will assist with the shipping process. Prices and fees for delivery will vary.
