    Can I ship a package to Art of Animation before I arrive? I need to send COVID test kits there so we can get on a cruise after Disney.

    I have superb news for you. You can absolutely ship packages to your Disney Resorts Collection hotel prior to your arrival! This is a time saver, and I've used the service quite a few times in the past. As of January 23rd, 2022, there is a $6 package handling fee that will apply to any and all packages received at the Front Desk. Just make sure to include Disney's Art of Animation Resort's mailing address on the parcel, as well as your name preceded by the word "Guest" and your arrival date. It should look like this:

    Guest Gareth Last Name, Arrival Date: N/N/N
    Disney's Art of Animation Resort
    1850 Animation Way
    Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830-8400
