    Can you still ship merchandise purchased in the parks back to the resorts or even the front of the park?

    Welcome to planDisney. Thank you for sending us your awesome question about merchandise pickup and delivery at Walt Disney World Resort.

    Amy, Walt Disney World Resort theme park souvenir pick-up and Disney Resort hotel souvenir delivery have both been temporarily paused during the phased reopening of Walt Disney World Resort. We do not know when either of these services will be reinstated. I encourage you to keep your eyes and EARS peeled for updates on the Disney Parks Blog, the official Walt Disney World Resort website, and the experience updates page.

    Fortunately, if you do not wish to carry your purchases around the theme parks or in your luggage, home delivery service is still available! For a fee, theme park and Disney Springs purchases can be shipped to your home via UPS or FedEx.
