Can I ship groceries to Fort Wilderness? If so how should I address them? Is it possible to have items that need to be refrigerated after they arrive -- Hello Fresh, for example?

    Howdy Judy!

Welcome to planDisney! Oh, Judy, this must be an exciting time! You must be packing and getting ready to head down to your adventure at Walt Disney World Resort right now and I wish I was coming along!

I'm not sure if you are staying at The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort or The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort but either way, your grocery needs can be met through various ways!

The first one I suggest is directly through the Resort itself. There is a grocery order form that you can complete and email directly to the Resort. There is a $10 service charge for all orders (prices are subject to change) and they will handle the purchasing, storage, and delivery! Other options include Instacart, Kroger delivery, Garden Grocer, Walmart, Shipt, and Amazon Fresh (great deal for Amazon Prime members!) Bell Services can receive your delivery and even keep any perishables cold in refrigeration. You can pick it up from them or have it delivered to your campsite or cabin for a small fee. I'm not sure if Hello Fresh will deliver onsite as they are not usually a grocery delivery service but a meal prep service. I would reach out to Hello Fresh directly to see if they can deliver to Walt Disney World Resort. If a signature is required then you may have to be present onsite.

Make sure you note the delivery address as follows:

The Cabins at Fort Wilderness Resort
Guest Name (Use the guest's name who is listed as primary on the reservation)
    4510 North Wilderness Trail
    Lake Buena Vista, Florida, 32830-8415

Just a reminder, the Cast Members with Bell Services can receive a gratuity for their excellent service so keep that in mind. I don't know if you considered renting a Golf Cart but I highly recommend it. Not just because a Golf Cart is a superior mode of travel but this Resort is a bit spread out and they can be a great way to explore and travel with ease. I hope reservations are still available but I would call today if you are interested!

I hope this helps and if you have any questions please let me know!

    Happy Planning!

Hey, it's Nimmy from New York! Just like my guy Jiminy Cricket I am your wisecracking and helpful guide to making the best decisions for your Disney vacation! My husband and I work very hard to journey to our favorite place on Earth, Walt Disney World Resort, as much as we can. We have traveled as just adults, with babies, kids, teenagers, and senior citizens. We have seen so many characters, eaten at amazing places, and consumed a ton of Dole Whips. So "give a little whistle" and let me be your guide! Learn More About Nimmy
