Can I ship gifts to Disney Paradise Pier hotel prior to arrival for delivery to our room before we check in?

    Dear Mandi,
I'm excited to know you'll be visiting the Disneyland Resort!
A stay at the Paradise Pier is a such a great option! My kids personally love the Paradise Pier because of Flounder's Fun & Games Arcade and the Paradise Theater where the little ones can sit back on small beach chairs to watch Disney Classics!
As far as shipping gifts to Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel ahead of your visit, the answer is absolutely!
However, anything you ship to the hotel prior to your arrival cannot be delivered to your room before you check in.
The package(s) would be held at the bell services desk where you can retrieve upon arrival.
A few other pointers: if you're going to mail a package to a Disneyland Resort hotel ahead of your arrival, make sure the label is addressed to your name and your check-in date is noted beneath your name.
Also, UPS and Fedex Services deliver straight to the hotel, however, the United States Postal Service (USPS) does not. This means that if you mail through USPS, you should expect a delay in the delivery of your packages.
On a final note, have you considered a Disney In-Room Celebration?
This is a fantastic service available for guests who want to make their trip to the Happiest Place on Earth extra special. This particular service would be available in your room prior to check-in. That's because it's an amenity offered by the resort and not a third party package.
I would recommend you look into this for a Magical arrival!
Sending Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust,
    -Anabel M.
