    I would like to ship diapers wipes and formula to SSR. Can I ship directly from Amazon under my name to the hotel or do I have to ship to myself at home first then send there?

    Hi Kaitlin, and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    I am thrilled to hEAR you are planning a visit to Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, which just happens to be one of my “Home” Resorts with Disney Vacation Club. 

    Babies certainly require a lot of gear and essentials, so I think you have a brilliant idea to place on online order for some of these essentials to be delivered to your Disney Resort hotel. This will definitely minimize your packing requirements and reduce your travel load. I am happy to confirm that you will certainly be able to ship a package from Amazon directly to Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa so that it is ready and waiting for your arrival.

    You will want to ensure that the package is addressed to the lead guest on the reservation, followed by the title "Guest" and your check-in date. For example:

    Trish A. - Guest April 10
    Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa
    1960 Broadway
    Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830-8446

    Try to ensure your package is delivered no more than 1-2 business days prior to your check-in date.

    Please be aware that Disney currently charges a $5 per package handling fee for all packages delivered to the front desk of any Resort hotel. Therefore, it is obviously in your best interest to minimize the number of packages. Currently Amazon has an online option for requesting than an order to be grouped into as few packages as possible. Definitely click that box!
