Ahoy there, Julia!
This weekend, you'll be kicking off a week-long adventure on the beautiful
Disney Treasure. Your Caribbean cruise will be a time to unplug and let the amazing Cast & Crew take care of everything while you're onboard. I love having 7 days to enjoy all the ship has to offer and visit some spectacular ports of call. I know you can't wait.
I've sailed a couple of times on the Disney Treasure and know hair tools are important when packing for the weather you'll experience next week. Due to safety concerns, Disney Cruise Line has placed restrictions on what can be brought onboard. If your Shark Glam Tool Hairdryer does not exceed the 110V/1500 watts guideline, you should have no problem. Hair tools that exceed those guidelines are
prohibited and restricted items and will be confiscated when luggage is scanned by security. If it is packed in checked luggage, a note is left in the suitcase with instructions on retrieving the item after disembarkation. There is a hair dryer in the desk/vanity drawer if needed. And it's always a good idea to treat yourself to a blowout by the talented hairdressers at the
Untangled Salon! I adore the theming of this space and always enjoy giving myself a break from drying my own locks!
Julia, I'm so excited for your sailing next week. I can't think of a better ship to be on just after the release of the new live-action, Moana! Disney Cruise Line usually premEARs new films the same day as on land, so fingers crossed you'll be able to get a double dose of this fierce Disney Princess between the new movie and
Disney the Tale of Moana in the
Walt Disney Theatre. This is one of my favorite entertainment experiences across the fleet. You'll want to check the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app for show times once you connect at the port or on board.
Have the most magical week on the Disney Treasure, Julia! If you have any other last-minute questions, please let us know!
Bon Voyage,
Nancy
