If I am sharing plans with extended family on Family & Friends, will I be able to make dining reservations for everyone when the 60 days out comes?

Hi Margaret and welcome back to planDisney!

It sounds like you have a really fun Walt Disney World vacation planned coming up in September!  It's a great time of year to visit, especially since Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will be spooking guests during that time.  Trick-or-treating around Magic Kingdom Park is so much fun and a favorite for my kids each year.

You certainly can make Disney dining reservations for your entire party starting 60 days in advance.  It actually doesn't matter if they are linked to you or not regarding dining reservations, so you can book restaurants for any number in your party.  If you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you can make your dining reservations starting at that 60 day mark for up to 10 days of your vacation.  That is just one great perk of staying on property!

Making dining reservations is easy.  They can be made on the Walt Disney World website or on the My Disney Experience Mobile App.  I find using the app the easiest, plus it's a great tool to have on your phone for the planning process as well as for navigating during your vacation.

If you need any restaurant recommendations, please stop back by and send us a question.  We are happy to help!

    Have a magical day!
