Hello, i am sharing memory maker with my sister in law. We have linked all our accounts, and she was the one who actually purchased the memory maker. She was able to download all the images. How can I down load the images?

    Hi Dawn,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question!

The way that Memory Maker works is that it allows the person who purchased it and linked it to their My Disney Experience account unlimited downloads of their Disney’s PhotoPass Service pictures, as well as those for any of the people linked to them as party of their “My Family & Friends” list. Because your sister-in-law was the one to whom the Memory Maker was linked, she’s the only person who can download the pictures directly from the My Disney PhotoPass website

What I recommend you do in order to share the pictures: either have her put them on an external drive (like a USB key) and give you that key, or she can use a file-sharing site in order to allow you to have access to them too.

I hope my answer helps you get your hands on your precious Walt Disney World Resort vacation memories! Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
