How do I share my son’s park ticket with him and his own account if it is already linked to my account?

    Hiya Chad!

Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for sending us this magical question! I am so excited for you and your family to experience the Disney magic together as I have the best memories from my trips with my family. Indeed, there's no better place to bring the whole family together, especially during the World's Most Magical Celebration

I am happy to report that, yes, as long as the theme park ticket has not yet been used, you can reassign it to your son's profile on My Disney Experience. First, you will need to add your son to your Family & Friends List. To do so, click on "My Family & Friends" under the My Disney Experience tab and "Add a Guest" at the bottom of the page. There are a few ways to connect with his profile, but I typically like to enter the Guest's information myself. Then, make sure to enter your son's email address linked to his account if he has his own account, and once he accepts your request, you will be able to make plans with him. Second, in the "My Plans" section, you should be able to find his ticket under the "Tickets and Memory Maker" section. You should then be able to click on "Reassign Ticket" next to his theme park ticket and select his profile. If you need help with any of these steps, don't hesitate to reach out to a Cast Member via chat or email!

Now, Chad, it is important to note that theme park reservations are required to enter the theme parks in addition to your theme park tickets. Indeed, these reservations are necessary for each day you intend to visit, though you will only need to book one reservation if you have purchased the Park Hopper Option. Unfortunately, if you have already made these theme park reservations, they will not be transferred along with your son's theme park tickets. In any case, I highly recommend checking the availability calendar so that you know what to expect when booking your theme park reservations.

I hope this was helpful, Chad, and that you and your Ohana will have the best day ever on your next Disney vacation. If you have any other questions while planning your magical trip, please don't hesitate to reach back out. We are always happy to help you make your wishes come true and spread some pixie dust!

    Have a magical day,
