Hi Nancy,
Welcome to planDisney! I am glad to see you planning with Family & Friends in My Disney Experience!
When you log into
My Disney Experience, check your
Family & Friends List to make sure you are connected to everyone with whom you want to share plans. If you need to connect with people, click on the Family & Friends List, and then click on Add a Guest. Enter the person's name and age and then you should be able to send them an email to connect. If you have already connected with folks and they are listed in your Family & Friends List, click on the Update link near their name to double-check how you are sharing plans. Be sure to select the box to share All Plans and
Disney PhotoPass Photos.
Once you are all connected and can view each other's plans, it's also easier to plan together. When I make
advanced dining reservations, for example, I can make them when traveling with my family and when traveling with other friends who are listed in My Disney Experience. And, when I make
Disney Park Pass system reservations, I can make them for anyone listed in My Family & Friends List who has valid theme park admission for the days we are visiting the parks. The other good news is that if you have folks listed in your Family & Friends List and they have valid admission with a park pass reservation to Disney's Hollywood Studios, they should automatically populate in your party when you are trying to
join the virtual queue for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance.
Nancy, I love to see all of our shared photos, reservations, and other plans in My Disney Experience! Be sure to have the
My Disney Experience Mobile App so that you can see those plans on the go while in the parks and resorts!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
