how to share plans with my group

Hi there, Kathleen! Welcome back to planDisney. You've asked a great question!

Unlike the My Disney Experience app at Walt Disney World Resort, the Disneyland Mobile app does not have a Family & Friends feature to connect plans with other guests. The one thing that Disneyland Resort guests can share is park tickets since they can be linked to multiple accounts. To do this:
    1. Open your Disneyland app and tap on the icon that looks like three horizontal lines near the bottom right of the screen to reach the main menu.
    2. Tap the "Tickets and Passes" icon.
    3. Click "Link Tickets & Passes," and you'll be able to scan the bar code for each friend's ticket with your smartphone's camera or manually enter the ticket ID numbers.

Once the tickets are added to your app, you can make joint plans with Disney Genie+.  When making Lightning Lane reservations, you can select every ticket added to your account with Disney Genie+. It's also worth noting that dining reservations will only show on the Disneyland account of the guest who booked the reservation- no names are needed, just the number of guests in the dining party.

I hope this helps, Kathleen! Follow us on Instagram, where we'll have Panelist tips on the holidays and the upcoming Lunar New Year Celebration soon!

I'm that mom who always has her ears perked at PTO meetings, in the grocery store aisle, or at my monthly Bunco club for an opportunity to give someone a planning tip to help make their vacation even more magical.
