How do you share passes to another phone so they can add them to their wallet?

Hiya, Brittany! Welcome back to planDisney!

I’m happy to help answer your questions regarding sharing tickets. I consider myself to be a My Disney Experience app connoisseur, so let’s get right into it!

There are two main ways to share tickets with another Guest. The first will be to send the tickets to their device, following these steps:

    1. Open the My Disney Experience app.
    2. From the icons at the bottom of your screen, select the icon with the three horizontal lines, which is the rightmost icon.
    3. Under the “Account” heading, scroll down to the “Set Up MagicMobile Entry” box.
    4. In the top right corner of your screen, tap the “Select Passes to Share” box.
    5. Select the pass you wish to share and tap the “Share via Messages” box.
    6. This will open a new message, and in the “To:” field, enter the name or phone number of the Guest you would like to send the pass to, as you would when sending them an iMessage.
    7. They will then be able to click “Add” directly from the iMessage, which will add their MagicMobile Pass to their Apple Wallet.

The second option is to add their tickets to their own devices using the My Disney Experience app. They can do so by following these steps:

    1. Open the My Disney Experience app.
    2. From the icons at the bottom of the screen, select the icon with the three horizontal lines, which is the rightmost icon.
    3. Tap the “My Tickets & Passes” box. It will be the top left box.
    4. Tap the “+” icon in the top right corner of the screen.
    5. Select the rightmost box, “Link Tickets & Passes.”
    6. From here, they can manually enter the ticket ID into the ID number box. You can find their ticket ID on the MagicMobile Pass in your Apple Wallet.

It’s that easy! Following these steps, each Guest can add their passes to their own Apple Wallet. They will also be able to see them in the My Disney Experience app under the “My Tickets & Passes” box. This is where they will access their tickets when scanning into the theme parks or accessing Lightning Lanes! Of course, if you prefer, you can always pick up physical tickets at any Guest Relations window at any theme park or Disney Springs. Another great option is to purchase a MagicBand+! You can find them at most merchandise locations across Walt Disney World Resort. It’s a great way to show off your personal Disney style!

I hope that answers your questions, Brittany! If you have any other questions as you continue to plan your magical visit, please don’t hesitate to come back and see us here at planDisney. We’re always happy to help!

    See you real soon!
