How do I share the itinerary with fellow traveling members.

Ahoy Kelvin, and welcome to planDisney! I'm here at the helm for your question, and I'll be happy to help you set a course for adventure on your upcoming Disney Cruise Line Vacation!

I'm guessing from your question about sharing itineraries that you have a large group embarking on your vacation together. That's smart thinking, because with everything that's included on a Disney Cruise, there's something for everyone - no matter their age or interests. It's truly a vacation for dreamers of all ages!

With so many in your crew, it's good you're already thinking about being sure everyone's linked together. This will ensure you can coordinate as much together time as you want (or strategically plan an adults-only activity or spa treatment)...Oh, did I say that part out loud...I was just quoting the Duke of Weselton...yeah, that's it...!

No matter your reasoning, linking reservations for up to 3 additional staterooms is easier than finding relaxation on Castaway Cay! Simply sign in to your Disney Cruise Line account online or using the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app, and set a course for “My Reservations." Be sure you have the confirmation number, the date of birth for one of your crewmates in each stateroom, and the last name on their reservation for each stateroom you'd like to link.

Or if you prefer to have a crew member assist you, so you can get back to DREAMing of your vacation, you can always call Disney Cruise Line to let them take the ship's wheel.

Once you're linked, you'll be able to see everyone's shared plans, make requests to have these staterooms on the same dining rotation and table, ensure any Port Adventures are reserved by the right crewmates and more!

If you have a large crew of adults linking reservations, be sure to check out the available beverage tastings on your itinerary. These "onboard fun" activities are a great way to plan some time for the adults in your party to get together and enjoy some incredible wines, spirits or aperitifs while the little castaways are enjoying time in one of the multiple youth clubs!

Oh, and I almost forgot, it doesn't require your reservations to be linked, but be sure to take advantage of the chat feature on the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app to help keep track of your party while aboard the ship. It's a fun way to coordinate some impromptu magic while on vacation! I especially like being able to send Disney-themed emojis to my family and friends onboard to let them know I'm headed to the Buena Vista Theater to snag some popcorn and check out the latest first-run movies at sea.

Thanks again, Kelvin, for sailing my way here at planDisney - I hope you and your entire crew have a magical vacation! If you have any other questions as your embarkation date approaches, be sure to send a message my way!

    Fair winds and following seas!
