    How do I share information in my account

    Hi Barbara!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Reading your question, I am thinking what you are asking is how to share your vacation planning with family & friends in My Disney Experience?

    I usually recommend all adults have their own My Disney Experience Accounts if they want to be able to view, change, or add plans during the vacation. If they don’t, another adult can add them and manage the plans for that person. In my family, I have an account and I added my children. My husband has his own account. My mom also has an account and she manages my dad, as he just wants to go with the flow. Then my husband, my mom and I are all connected as Family & Friends so we can make plans together.

    To share plans with your Family & Friends
    , follow the prompts to “Add a Guest.”  From there, you'll have three options. If you already have a Family & Friends list started, you can select from the list of people your friends are connected to. You can also link a Disney Resort Hotel Reservation number which will connect you with the Guests on that reservation, or you can choose to enter their name and age. If you put that an adult is 18+ it will offer you to “Invite this Guest to Connect,” which will have you send a message to the email associated with their My Disney Experience account, letting them know you’d like to connect. Once they accept, you should be linked to them and should be able to add anyone they manage, like their children. After you have linked to your entire traveling party, you’ll be able to view and share plans with everyone! You’ll all be able to make FastPass+ selections for the group, or list each other as a Guest on Advanced Dining Reservations.     I also recommend you each download the My Disney Experience Mobile App on your smartphones. This will allow you to check, change or make FastPass+ selections, view attraction wait times, find character meeting locations and more while you are in the parks.
