Ahoy, Mindy! I say nothing beats a Disney Cruise Line vacation, but there is one thing better: cruising with family and friends! We talked my in-laws into celebrating their 50th anniversary aboard the
Disney Dream, and I am so thankful for the time we spent with the grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. Core memories, for sure!
My family booked first and then convinced the rest to join us for a grand adventure at sea. I find the easiest way to share your cruise is to start like you are using the website to book a new cruise. This way, you know the links you share won't require your
MyDisney account credentials. From the
Disney Cruise Line homepage or "
Find A Cruise," enter the month, destination and departure port. Follow the prompts to select the itinerary with your dates. For example, if you are on the Eastern Caribbean Cruise on the
Disney Treasure that departs on August 2, you can locate the cruise and copy and share the link
7-Night Eastern Caribbean Cruise from Port Canaveral from the "Your Cruise Details" page. They can check out the available staterooms and even book online.
I also like to up the stakes. Have you downloaded the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app? I screenshot the cruise countdown and text the photo to share my enthusiasm. Watching the numbers turn to characters (zeros) is so much fun! I also look at the
Disney Parks Blog for cruise news you can use to kick the FOMO up into high gear. When you see what all is available on board, how could anyone say no?
Once their cruises are
Bibbidi Bobbidi Booked, you can link your reservations by going to "My Reservations" and selecting "
Add or Link Reservations." Once connected,
you can see each other's reservations and make plans together, like booking
Port Adventures and
onboard activities.
Mindy, I hope this information is what you wanted. If you'd like to follow up, feel free to
ask me directly or submit a question to
planDisney. We are all aboard for you!
SEAS the Adventure!
