    My Shades of Green reservations don’t show in my plans anymore??? Is there a requirement to relink??

     Welcome to planDisney, Pete. I'm so happy you stopped by and even happier to hear you're planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation! It's the very best kind if you ask me. 

     You're going to love your stay at Shades of Green. This family-friendly resort offers complimentary bus transportation, on-site dining options, and unique activities. Not to mention a super convenient location!

     That's so strange that your Shades of Green reservation appeared in your plans on My Disney Experience and then suddenly didn't. Technical difficulties aren't the least bit magical, are they? My best guess is that you're just experiencing a little blip. Blame it on Stitch, I guess! I recommend trying a different internet browser to view your plans on My Disney Experience online. I've had the best luck navigating the Walt Disney World Resort website with Google Chrome and Safari. I also suggest logging out and then back in to the My Disney Experience mobile app. If you still don't see your Shades of Green reservation listed in your plans, not to worry! Give Shades of Green a call directly by calling 1 (888) 593-2242. Someone there will be happy to confirm your reservation for you!

     Be sure to review the Know Before You Go section of the Walt Disney World Resort website before your arrival. It has lots of important information about the health and safety measures that are being taken in and out of the theme parks!
