Is Shades of green considered a Disney resort for early admission purposes?

Hi there, Dave! I’m glad you brought your question to planDisney! Your question is a sign of a very good planner!

The Early Theme Park Entry benefit for Guests of Disney Resort Hotels is a great perk! I am happy to share that Shades of Green at the Walt Disney World Resort does participate in the Early Theme Park Entry benefit!

The Early Theme Park Entry benefit allows Guests of Disney Resort Hotels (and other select hotels) to enter the Disney Parks 30-minutes prior to official park opening time! You will be amazed at how much you can get done during that time!

All four Disney Parks participate in the Early Theme Park Entry benefit, every day of the week! While I take advantage of the benefit each day of my vacation, my favorite park to visit for early entry is Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park! This park typically opens earlier than all other parks. Arriving at this park for early entry sometimes means getting in as early as 7:00 or 7:30 AM. Many vacation-goers are still getting some sleep at this time of morning. It’s a great time to experience very low crowds at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park!

    Happy Planning!
