I have severe arthritis in both knees, long walks and stairs are hard to handle. I would like to know if I tell a Disney Resort this will I need to supply any medical documentation if I request a first floor room close to the lobby and food court?

    Hi Gary,

I can only imagine how painful it is to have arthritis in both knees.

Your best bet is to call your resort as soon as possible and ask them for a room on the main floor due to your medical concerns.  The sooner you can call and let them know the better you are at being able to reserve a room on the first floor.

Thank you for visiting the Mom's Panel, have a fantastic vacation!
