    Several years ago we stayed at WDW and bought the refillable mugs, which then were good for as long as we owned the mugs. This has been quite some time, but we still have the mugs, can we use them for free refills?

    Hi Brian!

    The refillable mugs are only good during the trip that you've purchased them on and not on future trips. You can purchase a new mug in your Resort! You'll see a sign on the beverage dispensers that states "Refillable mugs may be used at the resort where they were purchased, during the stay that they were purchased." or similar wording about using the mugs during your length of stay.

     Disney changes the mug design frequently and if Cast Members see someone using an old mug they will talk to them.
