After several trips to WDW, the wife and I have decided to travel to Disneyland. Just wondering which airport is better to flu into LAX or SNA?

    Hello Jeff!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you are having a magical week!

While both airports are an easy hop, skip and a jump from Disneyland Resort, I personally prefer to fly in and out of SNA (John Wayne Airport, Orange County). It’s smaller and the transportation to Disneyland Resort is slightly faster and a bit less expensive.

Disneyland Resort has a few trusted partners for buses and town cars, as well as has various public transportation information available on the transportation page of their website. There are a many different ways to get from the John Wayne Airport or LAX. In my family of 5, we most often get a cab when we arrive at the airport. The cost may vary but I’ve found with that many people it sometimes works out to be cheaper for a van with a taxi service than to pay for 5 individuals on a shuttle.

I hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions as you plan your visit!

    See you real soon!
