Hi, Ben! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for bringing us this great question!
How exciting to know that you still have some days of magic left on your “no expiration”
Disney Theme Park Ticket (which have now been discontinued). If the child has seen since turned 10 years of age or older, they will indeed need adult tickets. In order to do so, you can head to any
Guest Services location to have the change made. I have read reports that in some cases there were no additional charges to do so (subject to change), so I will keep my fingers crossed for you!
For more information, you can contact the
Existing Tickets number, or stop by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with further questions! Have a magical time!
Jen
