John, the easiest way to see exactly what’s left in your multi-day tickets is through the My Disney Experience app. If the tickets were linked to your account, this information should be accessible from the app. To check, log in to your account on the app, click on the hamburger menu (≡) on the bottom right of the screen, then tap on
Tickets and Passes, and you’ll see all your active tickets listed, along with the number of days left and which ones are still valid.
You can also log into your
My Disney Experience account from a desktop and click on
My Plans and Tickets under your profile. That should display remaining days and expiration info as well.
If you happen to be near a park, or at
Disney Springs, you can swing by any
Guest Relations location where a friendly Cast Member can pull up your account and tell you exactly what’s left on each pass. You can also
call the help line for the same magical assistance!
