Hi Daniel! Welcome back to planDisney.
I see you're planning a late November visit to the Walt Disney World Resort, which is one of the most wonderful times of the year for a visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth. I've been a couple of times in November and always find the weather to be just perfect - warm and sunny days and cooler evenings and mornings. Plus, the
holidays are in the air with festive decorations, experiences, and treats appearing everywhere. So much to be thankful for!
Let's talk groceries. Like you, I like to bring or order groceries when staying at Walt Disney World. From staying hydrated to appeasing my picky eater to having my morning coffee just the way I like it, groceries just make sense for my family. I'm happy to confirm that Bell Services will hold your groceries until you're ready. On my visit earlier this summer, my flight was delayed, and I got a call when I was waiting at the airport notifying me my groceries had arrived at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. When we arrived several hours later, I stopped by Bell Services and grabbed my groceries, including cold items that had been refrigerated for me.
Be sure to read the "Getting Grocery Orders Delivered to your Disney Resort Hotel Room" section of the
Mail Services webpage for important details. If you would like Bell Services to deliver the groceries to your room, you will need to be present in the room, and a $6 fee will apply. A tip is also customary but not required.
Daniel, I hope this helps clear up any confusion. As you count down the days, please come back and see us if you have any additional questions. I recommend reading the
Disney Parks Blog for news and updates - as Santa makes his list and checks it twice, there are sure to be some fun and festive announcements about holiday treats and experiences to make your visit extra merry and magical. Have the BEST time!
Wishing you much magic,
Robyn
