    I have several ADR's for character breakfasts. When I called in I was advised we may have to take a taxi because the shuttles wouldn't be running yet. My FIL is using a EVC and we would need two taxis! What time do the shuttles start? We are staying at AOA

    Hi Erika,

    One of my good friends on the Moms Panel, Kay, has been doing some research on early morning breakfast shuttles at Walt Disney World recently.  The official word is that the buses don't start running until one hour before park opening.  For instance, if the Magic Kingdom opens at 8 am, the buses from your home resort are going to start running at 7 am.  

    After making some inquiries, Kay has found out that shuttles typically do run a bit earlier than that.  However, my best advice to you would be to speak to the Cast Members at the Guest Services desk at Disney's Art of Animation Resort the night before your reservation.  Ask them where you should be to catch a complimentary Disney bus to the theme park nearest your breakfast reservation destination.  If they are not confident that a shuttle would be available early enough, then I would take the two taxis directly to breakfast.  Taxis are readily available at all times at the entrance to the Disney resorts.
