If I have a seven day hotel reservation and have to modify it before or at day of check in by taking two days off the end of the stay will I be charged for the two days?

    Hiya, Linda! Welcome to planDisney!

It looks like your Walt Disney World adventure is just around the corner. To quote a very famous mouse: “Oh boy!”

You can absolutely make changes to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation, but the amount you pay and any resulting fees will depend on how far in advance of your stay you make the changes. The Walt Disney World 2025 Terms and Conditions state that changes to a reservation (including travel dates and length of stay) made 30 days or less before guest arrival are subject to a fee of $50 per package. You may also be responsible for paying any increase in price resulting from the change.

The 30-day mark is quickly approaching based on the dates you’ve provided, but you still have time to make changes without a fee if you act soon. You can find the Terms and Conditions information here, and I’d suggest talking with a helpful Cast Member on the Tickets and Hotel Reservations phone line if you have questions about your specific situation or reservation.

However many days you end up staying, you’ve picked an amazing time to visit the Vacation Kingdom of the World. The winter festivities will have started, with all the theme parks and resort hotels looking their best for the holidays. You can find a sneak peek of the upcoming merriment at the Disney Parks Blog, and be sure to keep an eye out for more detailed food and merchandise guides in the coming months.

I hope this information is helpful, Linda. Pop right back if you have any other questions. Your planDisney pals are here to help!

    Magical travels!
