Hi there, Lauren!
Welcome to
planDisney! Thanks for sending your ticket question our way. Let's discuss using your current tickets to
join the Annual Passholder family.
I have good news and slightly less good news for you. The best part is that you can
upgrade a 2-day
theme park ticket to a Disney Incredi-Pass before its usage period ends. The only caveat is that you cannot combine the value of multiple tickets to put towards your Annual Pass purchase; you must choose which 2-day ticket to upgrade.
Once you've selected your ticket, upgrading is a breeze. You can handle everything directly in the
My Disney Experience mobile app under the "Tickets and Passes" section. Just look for the option to upgrade beneath your ticket's barcode. If you'd prefer some in-person assistance, speak with a Cast Member at any theme park ticket window or the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs.
I hope this is helpful, Lauren. To get the most out of your Annual Pass, consider using your first set of tickets in November and upgrading your January tickets when you arrive this winter. That way, if the 2025 holiday season calls your name, your Incredi-Pass will have you covered for all the Christmas magic! Alternatively, you can upgrade your November tickets and save the January set for another vacation. Even if those tickets go unused, they'll never lose their value and you can modify them for a future visit. And if a friend decides to tag along for one of your solo trips, you can
easily reassign the unused ticket to anyone in your My Disney Experience Family & Friends List.
Thanks again for stopping by planDisney. Best wishes for two unforgettable adventures, and please come see us if there is anything else we can do to make them even more magical.
You've got a friend in me,
Betsy
