How do I set up virtual queue for my group? We all have tickets under my account, the group however will have to go in two sets for the virtual queue rides because we have an infant so the group will have to split for someone to stay with the infant.

Hi there Katelynn, Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for stopping by with your excellent question. I'm thrilled to assist you! How exciting that you're planning a trip to Walt Disney World Resort! You are sure to make awesome memories at The Most Magical Place on Earth!

To book a virtual queue, I would suggest that everyone in your party create their own My Disney Experience account, if they haven't already, then adding them to your Friends & Family list. I would then suggest connecting your account with theirs on their own device. That way you will still be able to access all your plans, including Lightning Lane Passes and Virtual Queues, from your own account but still be able to share plans and tickets.

I find the easiest way to connect to the accounts of friends and family members is by using your Linking Code. To find your Linking Code, tap on the 3 horizontal lines on the bottom right of the My Disney Experience app. Scroll to the bottom of the screen then under Disney Account, tap “Profile.” Next, tap “Show My Linking Code.” Once someone scans your Linking Code, you’ll be added to their Friends & Family list. Next tap “Show My Linking Code.” The app will then create a unique linking code. There’s a QR version as well as a manual code that your friends and family can type in.

When the group is ready to ride, I'm happy to share that Disney has a fantastic solution for having someone stay with the baby called Rider Switch. Rider Switch is a service offered at Walt Disney World that allows adults to take turns waiting with children who are either too young or unwilling to ride a particular attraction. Rider Switch will allow one adult to wait with a non-riding child or children while the other adult rides. Then, the adults can switch without having to wait in line again. This way, adults can enjoy the ride without having to wait in line twice.

I hope this information helps you prepare for an exciting visit to Walt Disney World Resort, Katelynn! Thank you again for visiting planDisney. We'll see ya real soon!
