How do I set up transportation from the airport to the hotel?

Heigh-ho Kricket, it's off to Walt Disney World you go!

It's almost time to head to the Most Magical Place on Earth! You must be so excited that your Disney vacation is just a dream away. If you're staying at a hotel in the Disney Resorts Collection, you can take advantage of Disney's Magical Express®. This complimentary service will transport you to and from Orlando International Airport, and you can reserve your spot aboard the magical motorcoach by calling (866) 599-0951. Be sure to have your resort confirmation number and flight information handy when you call.

Upon landing at Orlando International Airport, retrieve your luggage from baggage claim, and then report to the ground transportation area in the B Terminal. Follow the signs for Disney's Magical Express® to the end of the ground level. After checking in with a Cast Member (you'll need to scan a MagicBand or present your confirmation e-mail) you'll queue up for the motorcoach that will bring you to your hotel. The day before check-out, you'll notice an envelope hanging from your resort room door with your departure information. While the ride back to the airport is always a little bit sad, it's the perfect time to sit back, relax, and smile about the magical memories you made on vacation. My family and I like to spend that time figuring out when we can take our next Disney adventure!

I hope this is helpful, Kricket. If you won't be a Guest of a hotel in the Disney Resorts Collection, you'll need to arrange your own airport transportation. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft, taxis, and rental cars are widely available. Best wishes for a safe arrival to the Sunshine State, and we can't wait to see ya real soon!

    Thanks for stopping by planDisney!
