Hi! We are set to start our day at California adventure but are we able to enter Disneyland for breakfast at plaza in

Welcome to planDisney Arina!  It looks like your magical trip is right around the corner!

The "Minnie & Friends - Breakfast in the Park" character dining experience at Plaza Inn is only available during breakfast from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.  If you have a Park Hopper ticket and your theme park reservation is for Disney California Adventure Park, you would not be able to enter Disneyland Park until 11:00 AM (subject to availability).  Unfortunately, that is too late to be able to enjoy the character dining experience at Plaza Inn.  However, I do have a few recommendations for you!

You could consider trying to change your starting park for your theme park reservation to Disneyland Park, and then you'd be able to try to make a dining reservation for Plaza Inn during breakfast hours.  The theme park reservation availability calendar will be a great resource for your planning!

Another option would be to consider other character dining experiences.  Goofy's Kitchen at the Disneyland Hotel is a family favorite of ours, you get to hug and high-five several of your favorite Disney pals, and enjoy a delicious meal!  Another benefit is that the character dining experience is available at Goofy's Kitchen for both breakfast and dinner, which provides more options for dining reservation times.

My final recommendation is to explore Mickey's Tales of Adventure Breakfast Buffet at Storytellers Cafe at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.  There is also Donald's Tales of Adventure Dinner Buffet at the same location which is another great dinner option where you'll get to meet some of your favorite characters.  Both Goofy's Kitchen and Storytellers Cafe are located at Disneyland Resort Hotels, and you do not need a theme park ticket to book a reservation.  This could give more flexibility to your schedule if you want to reserve this on a day you aren't planning on visiting the theme parks.

I hope this information is helpful for your trip planning, Arina!  Please come back to planDisney if we can help with anything else.

    Have a magical trip!
