You can set up or change your PIN in the
My Disney Experience app. Tap the three lines located in the lower right corner to access the welcome screen. From there scroll down and under Account select "MagicBands & Cards." Once on the next screen, tap the three dots positioned in the top right corner next to your name. A menu will appear from the bottom, offering you the option to "Reset" or "Create" your PIN. Proceed by tapping "Reset" or "Create" and follow the prompts to select a PIN of your choice. This user-friendly process ensures that managing your PIN is quick and convenient, allowing you to focus on enjoying your magical Disney experience.
Additionally, if you prefer assistance in person, you can visit the front desk of your Disney Resort Hotel or any
Guest Relations location at the theme parks or Disney Springs for support with resetting or creating your PIN.
