Can I set my party profiles up under my account or do everyone in the party need their own individual account. Where do I look on the website to begin setting up a profile. Thanks

    Hello, Carman!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for bringing your question to us today. I am thrilled to hEAR that you are planning to visit the Walt Disney World Resort this fall. You are going to have a magical time enjoying the 50th Anniversary Celebration and EPCOT’s International Food & Wine Festival. So many experiences to enjoy including the Eat to the Beat Concert Series

All Guests will need a My Disney Experience account, to link their theme park tickets and park pass reservations to them. Any adult over the age of 13 can manage their account or you can do it for them. I manage the My Disney Experience accounts for several adults in my family because they are not tech-savvy. To create an account for a friend or family member that does not already have an account, use the following steps online or using the mobile app.

    1. Sign in to My Disney Experience
    2. Click on the My Family & Friends tab
    3. Scroll to the bottom of your list and click +Add a Guest
    4. Select I’ll enter their name and age
    5. Enter their full name and age. If they are under 18, enter the date of birth
    6. Select I want to manage all plans for this Guest and click done.

Repeat this process for everyone you are planning to add to a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel room reservation and purchase theme park tickets. Once you have added everyone to your travel party, you can begin to link your theme park ticket purchase and make park pass reservations.

If someone in your travel party has an existing My Disney Experience account, you want to send them an invitation to connect and share plans with you. Once they accept, you will be able to link theme park tickets and park pass reservations to their account. Follow the same steps listed above. Select that you want to Invite this Guest to connect, by listing their email address, instead of managing plans for them. Select Done to send the invite. They will receive an email notification that you want to connect. When they accept you will be connected and can make plans together. If you plan to use Disney Genie+, Individual Lightning Lane service, or enter a virtual queue, you want to confirm that your Family & Friends list is up-to-date. I hope this helps with your planning. If you have any more questions before you arrive, please come back and visit us again.

    See ya real soon,
    Andrea
